Prices vary based on the quantity of garments or items you’re printing, the number of colours in your design and the placement of prints on your garments. And we bet you’re wondering if size matters. Screen printing doesn’t discriminate, the size of your logo or branding won’t affect the set-up costs. But when it comes to embroidery or heat pressing your image, size certainly matters. There’s a bunch of factors at play, so give us a call and we can work out the best price based on what you’re looking for.

Once you accept the quote in writing (if you can still remember how to write, otherwise email will do), we’ll need a 50% deposit. We’ll get started on your order right away. Once your perfectly branded goods are ready for collection or shipping, we’ll let you know.

We have a special deal for you on all setup costs. The deal is - screen setup is $75 + GST per colour per screen. Your screens are held for 12 months, after which they’re upcycled. If you need them after this, we can re-burn them at the extra special reduced rate of $25 + GST per colour per screen.

Why the need for a setup fee? We’re a team of printing perfectionists so there’s a lot that goes into preparing the artwork, coating the screens, exposing your design onto each screen, and lining up each colour perfectly before we go to print. For embroidery, there is also a setup cost of $75 + GST per logo/artwork. Lucky for heat presses, setup costs are zilch for cut vinyl and digital transfers.

We’ll share a digital mockup (no fee involved) to make sure the artwork and placement is all approved. If you have loads of changes and we need to redo the mockups more than 3 times, a small fee will be added.

You can, however, you’ll still need to cover the screen setup costs plus the printing fee. If you decide to go ahead, you won’t have to pay the setup cost again. It’s best to have a chat with us and we can figure out if physical samples are necessary.

Yes, we’re big fans of try before you buy! This is a great solution for customers who are trying out a new garment style, or want to accept pre-orders from team members. If you and your team are happy, we’ll use the samples for your final order. If the garments are no longer wearable, we’ll still need to add them to your invoice.

We pride ourselves on being print wizards so if you have a tight deadline let us know and we’ll do our best to meet it. Typically, turnaround is 2 weeks, however it could take a little longer depending on product availability and the type of printing. If you need the express service, give us a call to discuss.

Yes - minimums are 10 garments (this can be a mix of types of garments) per design.

We sure can! Our in-house graphic designer loves the opportunity to help our customers create logos and artwork that stand out and look amazing on garments.

We’re set up for bulk production so there’s a simple winning formula - the more you order, the cheaper it becomes. The price brackets are at 25-49; 50-99; 100-249; 250+.

It’s possible, if there’s a specific request. But we don’t recommend it. We test and approve all our garments for printing so we know they’re up to standard. Save yourself the hassle and choose items from our range. We work with multiple suppliers to ensure we get our customers the best value, quality and variety. If you have a special request to print on your own garments, give us a call to discuss and we’ll see what we can do.

You can brand your goods anywhere you like. But if you’re asking for our humble opinion, the best placement areas are left chest, right chest, centre chest, upper back, middle back, lower back, and sleeves.

Once we see your logo in a vector format, we’ll be able to advise you on which method is best. Some logos have too many or variated colours that become costly to screenprint. But lucky for you, we have options!
